Scratch evidence for #44 (issue #11's first acceptance criterion: each self-guard demonstrably capable of red). DRAFT, never to merge — will be closed as soon as the red run is captured. Built on #44's head; breaks exactly one guard, everything else stays green.

The break: ## Unreleased stamped into ## 0.1.0 — 2026-07-22 with no re-arm, on the -dev tree — the box#108 shape the guard exists for.
