Scratch evidence for #44 (issue #11's first acceptance criterion: each self-guard demonstrably capable of red). DRAFT, never to merge — will be closed as soon as the red run is captured. Built on #44's head; breaks exactly one guard, everything else stays green.

The break: ## 0.1.0 — 2026-07-22 appears twice — the box#118 duplicate-heading shape, caught by the uniqueness half.
